Hotels In Spain April 30, 2008
The summer is upon us again. the skys across Spain are blue….not that that has chabged much…they are blue for a good proportion of the winter as well. It is now that the pink creatures appear on the beaches. Whether they appear from the sea or the sky I am not sure, but appear they do, in their thousands.
The holidaymaker. From Hotels in Ibiza to hotels in the Costa del Sol, the holiday makers start popping up. They wear shorts when its cold. its not surprising they scream so loud when they jump in the pool. Staying in some cheap hotel its not long before the radiant glow of their sunburn illuminates the sky. I now know why we have no street lighting in Spain. For a good portion of the year the irradescent glow from the hotels in the Costa Brava or Blanca, Dorada or Almeria have lit up the night sky.
I suppose in this time of carbon footprints and energy saving its a positive move to have your lighting provided by the tourists.
